I’m Jaime Hernandez, a Broker Associate with Compass, based in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. For 10 years I’ve helped buyers and sellers across Denver and the Front Range, and today much of my work is with people relocating here from other states, and from around the world.

Before you walk into a model home, call me.
Most builders require your agent to be registered at your very first visit. Walk into a sales center alone and you may give up the chance to have someone negotiating for you.
In most new-home communities, having your own agent does not change the price of the home. I compare builders and incentives side by side, review the contract with you, keep the design-center budget honest, and coordinate independent inspections before drywall and before closing.

Builder contracts are written for the builder. I walk you through deposits, timelines and the upgrades that matter at resale.
